These terms and conditions of sale apply to any order made on https://www.caviarperlenoire.com, which is Perle Noire Aquadem SA online sales website.
The customer accepts these conditions when he places an order on https://www.caviarperlenoire.com website.
Availability
The products are supplied while stocks last. In case of stock shortage on an ordered product, we shall inform you by telephone or e-mail.
Price
Prices are given in euros, including all taxes (VAT) in European area. Shipping fees are excluded. Postage is offered for any order exceeding 250€ VAT, in France and European Union. For other destinations, please contact us. In case of an amount order less than 250€ VAT, delivery costs are at a fixed price of 15€ VAT.
Any applicable VAT rate change will be automatically passed.
Access code and password management
Online services on https://www.caviarperlenoire.com website require an access code and a password, which are provided by these online services manager.
These access code and password are confidential, personal, non-transferable and incommunicable. You are responsible for their management, preservation and for the consequences resulting from their use. Payment
Payment shall be pre-paid online, by credit card and via Société Générale secured system or by cheque. The order will only be shipped after full order settlement and complete delivery information.
Transport
The products are shipped in an isothermal package, which guarantees cold chain maintenance for 72h until delivery. The products are transported by Chronofresh between 0° and 4° and are delivered to the addressed mentioned by the customer before 1PM, from Tuesday to Friday. Aquadem SA shall not be held responsible for products degradation due to a late receipt because of customer absence at the delivery time or to an incorrect address supplied on the website. It is up to the customer to control the packages when they are delivered, in the presence of the carrier as far as possible. If any anomaly is detected, he shall inform Aquadem within a delay of 24h. (read the particularities on delivery).
Claims
Any claim shall be done within a delay of 24h after delivery and the package shall be immediately re-shipped. Claim shall be only accepted after package receipt in return.
French Data Protection Act
Aquadem reserves the right to collect information about buyers including the use of cookies. This information is indispensable for orders processing and delivery as well as invoicing. The customer gives his consent to collected data use, under Aquadem’s customer file. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to the provisions of the article L. 121-20-2-3° of the French Consumer Code, the legal right of withdrawal does not apply to products whose consumption deadline is less than or equal to 3 months.
