Refined for a period from 1 to 4 months in "Malossol" box, our workshop foreman will choose the optimal time of consumption. Buttered and firm, marine but without excess, it will know how to fulfil your taste buds.
To maintain and guarantee the unique quality of our caviar, we have an Optimum Use Cut-off (OAUA) of 4 months.
